I have implemented a few PROJECT GLAD strategies in my classroom this last week and they've really been great and I feel the students were really invested in my teaching of them.
The first strategy I used was a strategy called Social Skills T-chart where, we take one classroom rule a day (I use Whole Brain Teaching's 5 classroom rules) and dissect it.  It looks like this: I write down what they say about what it looks like and what it sounds like.  We hang them in our room and refer back to them daily.
